Andrew Hubbard is a consultant at RSM where his main focus is tax dispute resolution and dealing with historic avoidance schemes. He also provides tax consultancy services across a range of taxes and advice on tax policy issues, as well as being closely involved with consultations with HMRC on a variety of tax matters, particularly relating to HMRC powers. He initially trained as an inspector of taxes at HMRC before joining the tax profession. He has worked in a Big Four environment and was a partner in a mid-tier firm before joining RSM Tenon as tax policy partner and then becoming a partner at Baker Tilly before it was rebranded as RSM.
