The move will see the partners and 30 staff at London-based Greenback Alan LLP, join Blick Rothenberg, which is part of the top 10 accounting group Azets. They will move to Blick Rothenberg's office from 1 April.

Greenback Alan was founded in 1991 and is headed up by managing partner Stephen Dabby, deputy managing partner Jon Fisher, Ian Rowe and Yusuke Takanishi. Dabby will be taking a consulting role at the firm post acquisition, while Fisher, Rowe and Takanishi will become partners at Blick Rothenberg.
