John Anthony Harvey CBE is one of the four trustees of Keswick Enterprises Holdings Charitable Trust, and the individual appealing the assessment decisions along with the charity itself.

Harvey is an entrepreneur and former chief executive of Tibbet & Britten Group, as well as acting as a trustee for Transaid Worldwide. Kenswick Enterprises was set up by Harvey for the purpose of investing in the logistics and supply chain sectors. It is also noted that Harvey, and the other three trustees do not receive any remuneration or benefit from the charity.
