Handshakes, impromptu restaurant trips and mask-free living; life BC, or ‘before Covid-19’, was certainly very different to the world we now live in. Similarly, the world of corporate transactions has not been immune to upheaval.

M&A activity dropped off a cliff at the start of the pandemic, and despite a resurgence in transaction levels as lockdown measures have eased, business is not as usual.
