Gravita snaps up Haines Watts Western

Private equity backed Gravita has signed a deal with Haines Watts Western to merge the Bristol and Exeter offices

Current Haines Watts’ partner Matt Bracher has joined the Gravita leadership team and will head up the southwest office as lead partner.

Now as part of Gravita, Matt will continue to have overall responsibility for the Bristol and Portishead offices, in addition to acting as the regional lead partner for the south west.

The 95-strong team and all staff will move across to Gravita, with the Bristol and Exeter offices have been rebranded as Gravita. The Haines Watts team provides complex, group, and listed audit services and other specialist tax services, such as VAT advisory, cross-border transactional advice, and wealth structuring, and has over 2,500 clients across the southwest.
