Last year and continuing into this year, organisations have faced and are still facing unprecedented circumstances, requiring some very difficult decisions to be made. Leadership and management skills have been put to the test like never before.

In October 2020, the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), which is part of the City & Guilds Group, carried out a poll of 3,506 working age people in the UK across a wide range of organisational sectors and regions.
