Philip Munn is a VAT partner at RSM, based in the Southampton office, responsible for indirect tax, in particular VAT. 

His career began as a graduate in a Big Four accountancy firm where he spent many years advising a wide-range of clients, and he has also worked as an in-house indirect tax manager in the telecoms and leisure sectors.

During his career, he has gained significant experience in advising on a wide-range of VAT matters including VAT litigation, mediation, supply-chain reorganisation and matters arising from the partial exemption rules.
