The UK practice of BPM will be led by chartered accountants Adam Dunnett, Dominic King, Sean O'Sullivan and Nick Whitehead, who all quit wealth management firm Zedra to set up the UK office.

They have all become partners at BPM UK and have tax and audit backgrounds. Before setting up the UK subsidiary, the four all worked together at wealth management firm Zedra in various roles, including King as head of audit and O’Sullivan as head of tax.

With its new presence in the UK, BPM said it wants to establish a comprehensive and integrated offering that allows international companies to access a full range of audit, tax and advisory services.
