11 charged by CPS over alleged Entain bribery offences

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has issued a statement regarding the prosecution of 11 individuals that have been accused of committing several offences between 2011 and 2018

The 11 individuals will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 6 October 2025 with 10 of them charged by the CPS and one of them charged by HMRC in its investigation. Five of the individuals are former executives at Entain.

The alleged offences include bribery, conspiracy to defraud, fraudulent trading, cheating the public revenue, evasion of income tax, acting as a director of a company while undischarged bankrupt, and perverting the course of justice.
