45% of professional services workers are hybrid

More than a quarter of the country is now hybrid working while 45% of professional services and nearly half of IT workers have the most flexibility

 

Close to half (45%) of people working in senior and management roles – specifically managers, directors, qualified professionals, including accountants and lawyers, and senior officials – follow a hybrid working model, and in addition, 20% of these people work at home only. 

While over 65% of management level cadre hybrid or home work, taking the whole working population into account 27% of all workers are hybrid.

Businesses in the IT and tech industry had the highest share of hybrid working at 49%, closely followed by professional, scientific and technical activities at 42%.
