1.No one outside can see your content

Most AI products are a front end on somebody else’s model, so a supplier’s promise is only as good as the arrangement underlying it.

Croner Intelligence uses third-party AI capability and runs it inside a sealed-off area of Amazon’s AWS cloud, which model makers cannot enter. Whatever the user types is not visible to any other party and none of the data is passed on to any third parties to improve their models.

2.Access is named and narrow

A supplier claiming that no human ever sees anything is describing a system nobody could repair. The honest version is a short list of names. At Croner, a small number of named employees can reach the full system log, but only to investigate a technical fault.

3.Improvements run on anonymised information

A tool that never learns from usage never gets better, so the design question is what a feedback loop genuinely needs. The answer is patterns rather than content: which questions the AI system handled badly, where a source was missed, where an answer was rejected.

Croner Intelligence anonymises that information and reveals the strict minimum - enough to fix the weakness without identifying the client or the work.

4.Uploaded documents are data protected

Firms often assume attachments are treated more loosely than typed text, because they feel like files rather than conversation. At Croner Intelligence they are treated identically, and in one very important respect more strictly: the original document is not retained. What remains is the extracted content, held within the conversation with exactly the same protections as any other query.

5. Retention of user data

Individual chat history and uploaded documents are kept for 13 months in Croner Intelligence to allow users to revisit previous queries, and all of the queries are encrypted.
