Milestone was founded in 2008 by partners Miles Dean and Andrew Murray with Zoe Wyatt joining as the third partner in 2015. The firm provides a broad range of international tax services to corporations and private clients, investment funds, and real estate investors/developers.

Andersen Global’s first UK collaboration agreement was with London pan-European VAT specialist RBCVAT Ltd, led by Roger Bevan, who is an Arthur Andersen alumnus. In April it signed up Mark Davies & Associates, a London-based tax practice focused on advising international clients on cross-border matters.

Established in 2013 by US member firm Andersen Tax, Andersen Global has more than 3,000 professionals worldwide and a presence in over 107 locations through its member firms and collaborating firms who form an international association of legally separate, independent entities.

Andersen Tax, the US member firm, grew out of a firm called Wealth and Tax Advisory Services USA (WTAS) which was set up in 2002 by Vorsatz and a group of 22 other former Andersen partners, following the collapse of global firm Arthur Andersen in the wake of the Enron and Worldcom scandals.

There has been a series of lawsuits in Europe, India, the US and other parts of the world, after a French firm headed by Stéphane Laffont-Réveilhac also laid claim to the Arthur Andersen name, and said it was setting up a rival network. Various legal rulings have found in favour of the US firm, which has since embarked on a worldwide expansion.
