Brand new AI Tax Workflows from Croner Intelligence moves from answering questions to drafting letters from engagement letters to HMRC correspondence and tax queries
The new Workflows feature is the next step for Croner Intelligence, moving from answering questions to drafting letters, using the same verified and trusted Croner content. The library of more than 50 templates allows users to draft letters in response to documents including engagement letters, correspondence with HMRC, and tax queries.
Document creation is designed to assist accountants and tax professionals throughout the drafting process. Users have access to an extensive set of templates to choose from as the starting point for creating bespoke letters and emails.
The first release contains around 50 templates, grouped by where they fall in the client relationship. For example, there are letters of engagement and onboarding processes through to Form 64-8 covering letters authorising an agent to deal with a client's tax affairs. In the compliance section, there are templates for sending a CT600 company tax return for director approval, group relief, rollover relief and overdrawn directors' loan accounts and s455 charge positions, as well as HMRC statutory clearances.
