The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published for consultation a draft of the (snappily titled) Statutory Audit Services for Large Companies Market Investigation (Mandatory Use of Competitive Tender Processes and Audit Committee Responsibilities) Order 2014, confirming that in doing so it has taken into account the proposed EU measures.
