The deal signals the start of an ambitious regional growth plan across the Nordics, marking Azets entry into the regional audit and advisory market, and doubles the group’s presence in Sweden.

The deal, first announced in February 2025, includes KPMG Sweden’s audit, advisory, and tax services for small businesses, selected services for mid-sized businesses, and audit and advisory services for municipalities and regional authorities.

A total of 300 staff, including 14 partners, have now joined Azets Sweden, expanding its footprint to more than 30 cities and increasing annual revenues in Sweden to Swedish Krona 1bn (£77.2m).

Azets reported revenue of £405m for financial year end June 2024 and is ranked ninth in the Top 75 Firms survey.
