BEIS guidance on the impact of Brexit on company law

Three and a half years after the EU referendum, and less than a week before the UK was due to leave the EU on 31 October, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) published guidance setting out the changes to the UK company law framework and accounting and audit regulation if the UK leaves the EU with no deal.
