Cathy Corns is corporate tax partner at Mercer & Hole, providing business tax assistance and support to clients across the firm. This not only involves guiding clients through the complexities of compliance but also looking at corporate tax in relation to business transactions, structuring of a business, incorporation, research and development, tax credits and employee share schemes. She joined Mercer & Hole in 2010 from mid-tier firm Mazars where she was a partner, and previously was at Grant Thornton as senior manager.
