Employment Rights Bill – implications for LLPs

The government has introduced the Employment Rights Bill (the Bill) to parliament, which it lauds as ‘the biggest upgrade to workers’ rights in a generation’. The Bill contains some really significant changes to employment rights but all are subject to consultation and none will come into force before 2026.

In this article, we consider whether members of limited liability partnerships (LLPs) could also face a once-in-a-generation change once the provisions of the Bill come into force.
