HMRC has launched a short web-based survey on how it could improve its dealings and general communications with the tax agent community
The survey, which takes around 10 minutes to complete, reviews HMRC’s current level of engagement with agents and explores how this can be improved
It also explores questions about the required functionality of record keeping apps/software so that third party providers can help HMRC enhance and improve their services and products.
