How to register as an authorised corporate service provider (ACSP)

Companies House has set out some more details on the process that accountancy firms, lawyers and other organisations will need to go through in order to register as an authorised corporate service provider (ACSP).

Such a registration will be required before the professional services firm can file information at Companies House on behalf of a company or other registered entity.
