James Dow to step down as CEO of Dow Schofield Watts

James Dow, co-founder and CEO of Dow Schofield Watts, is set to step down as CEO in April 2025 but will remain on the board  

DSW Capital, owner of the Dow Schofield Watts brand, has made a number of senior board changes as part of succession planning for the accountancy group.

Shru Morris has been appointed CEO designate after joining the group as deputy CEO in August 2024. She will take over as CEO when Dow steps down on 1 April 2025.
