Moore Kingston Smith has appointed Victoria Nicoll as a tax partner. She brings 20 years of experience of corporate tax and business advisory, working with owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs across the full business life cycle, advising on matters ranging from growth planning and structuring through to succession planning, next‑generation transition and exit, and acquisitions. Previously she was a corporate tax director at Crowe.
Forvis Mazars has appointed Alistair Culverwell as partner and head of tax dispute resolution based in the London office. He brings more than 15 years’ experience in complex tax dispute work, and in his new role, will grow and expand the tax dispute practice, with a focus on building the team and strengthening the firm’s presence and client experience in this specialist area. Previously Culverwell was a partner at BDO.
