Bribery Act guidance
The Ministry of Justice has announced that the delayed implementation
of the Bribery Act 2010 will now take place on 1 July 2011. Guidance
has also been issued on the nature of the ‘adequate procedures’
that commercial organisations need to put in place in order to defend
a charge that they have failed to prevent a bribe being paid on their
behalf.
