Simple agreement clause excludes misrepresentation

In NF Football Investments Limited & anor v NFFC Group Holdings Limited & anor [2018] EWHC 1346 (Ch) an entire agreement clause was found to exclude a claim for misrepresentation, despite the clause not expressly excluding that liability or preventing reliance on prior statements.
