MPs call for full corporate governance overhaul

The Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee has issued a report setting out the results of its inquiry into corporate governance. This is the latest development in attempts to improve corporate governance to ensure better enforcement of the Companies Act 2006, improving the voice of stakeholders and requiring companies to engage in a more open and transparent manner with the public.
