Changes to articles of association and filing rules
Articles of association are the rules which govern a company's internal administration. They are a form of contract between the company and its members but that contract can be changed by the members. There are many reasons why a company may wish to change its articles, such as a new class of shares being issued or a shareholder being given a right to appoint a director, or they may just be updated generally to ensure they are consistent with any changes in the law.
