Re CF Booth Limited [2017] EWHC 457 (Ch) involved a dispute between the majority and minority shareholders of a metal recycling company. The main issue was whether the payment of excessive remuneration to directors, coupled with a policy of not paying dividends to shareholders, amounted to unfairly prejudicial conduct.
