Menzies LLP has made a major move to a new flagship London office, relocating its headquarters from Woking after 50 years
The new office at 95 Gresham Steet is in the heart of the City near the Bank of England and was acquired to accommodate an uptake of almost 100 new starters, and to support the firm’s increasingly global client base. Menzies remains privately owned and has grown significantly through organic growth since 2020.
Menzies has taken the fourth floor of the building, which has just been refurbished into high quality CAT A office space, and will accommodate around 200 staff. It has a central atrium, column free, open plan floor space, and a selection of meeting rooms and breakout areas with a contemporary hybrid ceiling lighting system and air conditioning throughout. There is also a stunning new reception and entrance design, making the most of the historic building.
The move comes on the back of a period of accelerated growth. Top 30 firm Menzies reported 16% organic growth for the last two years, and is on track to record £85m in revenue this financial year, a figure double that achieved just five years ago.
Simon Massey, managing partner at Menzies LLP, said the move was reflective of where Menzies are as a business, and where they stand on the national circuit.

The office was opened by Gregory Jones KC, sheriff of the City of London, at a ceremonial cutting of ribbon.

The new London headquarters will increase the firm’s UK offices to eight, including the former Woking HQ which remains open after the move to the City.
