All shares of Reid & Fraser Chartered Accountants have now been placed into an employee ownership trust (EOT) marking a significant change to its structure and providing a long term succession plan for the senior management. The move comes as a number of Scottish firms have been taken over by international groups.

Established in 1915, the accountancy firm has offices in Thurso and Wick, and the move to employee ownership will allow the practice to continue its focus on delivering services to its local clients.
