Employment Status Indicator Revamp
Revenue & Customs has launched a new version of the Employment Status Indicator tool, which as its name suggests is intended to help with the thorny issue of whether someone is employed or self-employed. It was originally developed to help with issues relating to the construction industry scheme but can be used to check the employment status of an individual or a group of workers. The Revenue has confirmed the following on its website:
