TaxAssist launches recruitment service for franchisees

TaxAssist Accountants has set up a specialist recruitment service with GI Outsourcing to help its network of over 400 practices fill staff vacancies and short-term staff shortages

Resourcing by TaxAssist has been specifically designed for TaxAssist practices and integrates fully into their operations, systems and best practices. It provides franchisees with access to experienced accountants and bookkeepers who will work as an extension of the local team.

With a structured yet flexible recruitment model, practices can now hire skilled accounting and tax staff who are already familiar with TaxAssist’s technology stack and working practices, ensuring consistency, compliance and a strong cultural fit.

Mike Melling, group chief operating officer at TaxAssist, said: ‘Recruitment remains one of the biggest challenges for accountancy firms. Resourcing by TaxAssist is a timely and tailored solution that allows our franchisees to access high quality talent in a scalable, cost-effective way.
