The deal will see the Derby and Nottingham offices of Haines Watts join TC Group as well as Haines Watts Audit East Midlands Ltd, based in Leicester, which is entirely separate from Haines Watts Leicester Ltd, which continues to operate under the Haines Watts brand.

The three branches will be rebranded as TC Group with immediate effect, and all employees will remain with the business, including eight partners and 34 professional staff.

In a separate transaction, the Tamworth, Staffordshire office of Haines Watts has also been acquired by TC Group with the three partners and staff remaining with the rebranded firm.
