Tax points and VAT groups

A case brought by Prudential Insurance (TC08036) may well be the subject of further appeal. It covers a case where a member of a VAT group retained contractual rights to payments arising from services that were supplied when it was part of the group, but where the timing of the payment fell after it had left it, and after the services had been completed (up to 10 years after).
