Xeinadin acquires trio of accountancy firms

Private equity backed Xeinadin has expanded its footprint in the south of England and Wales with the acquisition of three regional practices

The latest deals see three firms join the group, with JCS Accountants in Sutton, Surrey, Mudd Partners LLP in Essex and Curtis Bowden & Thomas in Wales, which will be supported by a partner-led group with a wide range of service offerings and access to cloud accounting expertise.

The expansion in the southeast enables greater collaboration between Mudd, JCS and other Xeinadin offices in the south of England, allowing for shared resources and expertise in specialist areas such as auditing and digital solutions.
