The joint announcement underscores Xeinadin’s commitment to expanding its support for businesses in Kent by adding three new offices to its current Sittingbourne location and bringing this year’s total acquisitions to 14 in the UK and Ireland.

Both firms will retain their existing teams and office locations while gaining access to Xeinadin’s extensive resources and collaborative network. They have been rebranded as ‘A Xeinadin Company’ but will continue to trade under their own names with the current management teams remaining in place.

With offices in Strood and Kings Hill, Friend & Grant’s 30-strong team takes a specialist consultancy approach and has more than thirty years of experience in fields like engineering, manufacturing, digital technology and e-commerce. The two directors Mark Friend and Andrew Grant will continue to lead the firm.
