This deal expands DJH’s presence across Liverpool to six offices across the city centre, including in Ellesmere Port and the Wirral.

The local SB&P leadership team of managing partner Wendy McNulty, and partners Rob Young and Suzanne Draper will continue in place and become directors at DJH under the new structure.

The acquisition will give them access to a range of specialist services, including estate planning, capital allowances, R&D tax credits, corporate finance and technology support.
