Kent based Elstan HR was founded in 2015 by managing director Katie Aldred, and the firm works with clients across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in the technology, leisure and retail sectors. Aldred will remain with the firm as a director while 12 staff will transfer to the new set-up. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Elstan HR will be rebranded as AAB People before the end of 2023 and will operate from its current office in Ashford in Kent.
