HW Fisher, part of fast expanding Sumer Group, doubles down on strengthening its London presence after the deal with north London firm, Fisher Phillips, expanding its SME service offering.

The firm said the M&A deal was strategic, giving HW Fisher a greater presence in the capital and was ‘even more important now, as the landscape for the city’s SMEs – with business insolvencies climbing 30% since 2019 – becomes ever tougher to navigate’.

Hampstead based Fisher Phillips was founded in 1946, and provides accountancy advice from traditional compliance to financial advisory services to clients across London, with additional expertise in probate and estate administration.
