Reporting review highlights ongoing issues around AIM-listed companies
The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has published the latest
report into the activities of the Financial Reporting Review Panel
(FRRP) for the year to March 2012. Some 326 sets of accounts were
reviewed over the year and 130 companies approached for further information
or explanation, but none which resulted in an issue notice to the
market.
