Opass Billings Wilson & Honey LLP (OBWH), a Sidcup based accountancy firm has joined Affinia, becoming the group’s third office in Kent as part of its continued expansion across the south east, bringing total offices to 11.

OBWH managing partner Philip Woodman will become a director as part of the Affinia group, and will continue to lead the partnership with no changes to his current role.

Former partners Norma Webb, Martyn Finnis and Neil Stevens, who have all been with the firm for around 30 years, have stepped down as LLP designated members and remain with the firm, as well as a team of 10 staff.
