The Competition Commission is planning to publish the final version of its report on the audit market on 26 February, after key stakeholders, who sent in evidence for the investigation, have checked that all redactions have been followed.

It is understood that the CC will send all relevant stakeholders, including accounting firms, shareholder groups and professional bodies, who submitted evidence, a final copy of the report today [22 February] for a final check on redactions.

Any discrepancies over redacted material must be advised to the Commission by 5pm on Monday 25 February latest.
