Changes to employee rights: key dates

Even though the Employment Rights Bill is not yet law – that’s not expected to happen until the autumn – we already know the timetable for implementing the key measures following the release of the government’s Roadmap for Delivering Change.

Taking the example of a business owner, here are some of the key issues to consider.
