3RP is an Oracle NetSuite partner specialising in enterprise resource planning (ERP) services, and has offices in the UK and the Philippines. It was set up in 2021 and has doubled in size in the last year.

The deal follows the completion last month of Cooper Parry’s move to a new private equity backer, New York based Lee Equity.

It extends Cooper Parry’s Oracle NetSuite capability in the UK and the firm said there were ‘more deals in the pipeline’, describing the 3RP acquisition as ‘another milestone as CP creates the UK’s next gen professional services group’. 

The 3RP team of 24 staff, including four co-founders Julian Griffiths, Elliott Keene, Adam Johnson and Jon Dent will work alongside recently acquired MacroFin to further extend the firm’s offer to CFOs.
