It feels like at last there are signs that the economy is starting
to move again. Over the last few weeks, senior finance leaders have
told me two things are happening: you can start to value an asset
again, and the wheels of the credit market are slowly beginning to
move. It’s been a long time since anyone has said anything
on those two subjects that contain the word ‘start’!
