On 1 January the Charity Commission for England and Wales published the conclusions to its consultation about the proposed changes to the annual return for 2018.

The Commission agreed amendments to the 2018 annual return and deferred some proposals until 2019. With that in mind, this article will take a look at some of those changes and the issues that charities should look out for.
