Cable criticises all-male FTSE 100 boards

Business secretary Vince Cable has called on the leaders of the last seven FTSE 100 firms with all-male boards to increase the number of women in the boardroom. Cable has asked Antofagasta, Croda, Glencore, Kazakhmys, Melrose, Vedanta and Xstrata to explain how they plan to improve boardroom diversity.
