The merger will see DJH Mitten Clarke’s specialist dental accountancy team, which was created after the acquisition of Morris & Co, join forces with Minford Dental. This brings together a client base of over 2,000 dental professionals providing business planning, tax and funding advice in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Johnny Minford, managing director of Minford Dental, will become commercial and development director for the specialist dental team at DJH Mitten Clarke. The dental team of seven permanent staff will also move across as part of the deal.
