The Insolvency Service has put out a statement warning of a fault with its insolvency enquiry line which it is currently attempting to resolve
The statement says some callers are currently experiencing intermittent problems with the insolvency enquiry line. Any who is having difficulty getting through is advised to email the Insolvency Service with their name and telephone number, and they will be called back.
The insolvency enquiry line is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If anyone emails the service outside those hours, staff will call you back when the line next reopens.
The Insolvency Service says it is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
