It looked like the new EA had an 18-month life cycle in each previous role which did not bode well. Since her abrupt departure a temporary ‘resource’, as HR like to call people nowadays, had been in place. The CFO had been keen to keep her on but she was unwilling to stay after a joint campaign of terror against her by the other C-suite EAs.
