RCAG performs forensic audits of retrospective billing of energy and telecom costs through a team of experienced analysts, using the analysis to obtain rebates and savings for their clients.

The firm uses in-depth experience and knowledge of known deficiencies of charging structures to perform an independent retrospective audit of expenditure and are able to go back six years identifying anomalies not always available to the end customer.   

RCAG says the errors it analyses are typically contained 'at source' within the supplier billing system, and so are not usually picked up by the customer. It identifies refunds and savings opportunities and will negotiate with suppliers to agree any repayments.

RCAG clients include private and public sector organisations such as House of Fraser, Unilever, Network Rail, Nottinghamshire County Council, and Trinity Mirror.
